About Me: Grief & Loss Counsellor
in Littlehampton & online

As a grief counsellor in Littlehampton, I’m drawn to the quiet, tender spaces in people’s lives; places shaped by grief, loss & life transitions, and the feeling of being unseen or unanchored.
Life has many seasons of change; moments that leave you feeling overwhelmed, unsteady, or unsure where to turn. You may be navigating bereavement, the end of a relationship, health challenges, or shifts in identity.
Some experiences echo from the past; others arrive quietly as stress, sadness, guilt, anxiety, or a sense of inner hurt. I welcome anyone seeking space to reflect, heal, grow, or simply breathe again.
I believe that healing doesn’t come from pressure, but from presence: warmth, patience & being truly heard. By using different therapy approaches, mindfulness & creative exploration, I can help you to understand your experiences, build coping skills for everyday life, and start to explore & understand your unique
story.
Some stories open naturally in the safety of the therapy room; others unfold more easily outdoors. I offer in-person, online, and walk-and-talk sessions in the beautiful surroundings of Littlehampton.
I warmly invite you to book a free introductory call, for a calm, confidential chat; to answer any questions you may have & see if we're a good fit.

How I Work: Grief Counselling
in Littlehampton & Online
As a grief and loss counsellor, I draw on person‑centred, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural therapy to meet you where you are, explore how your past shapes your present, and gently challenge unhelpful patterns so you can find new ways forward. I also offer creative counselling techniques and talking therapy in a calm, welcoming space, with options for online sessions, walk and talk therapy in nature, and a neurodiversity‑affirming approach that adapts to your needs. My practice is part of the Safe Space Alliance and is committed to being LGBTQIA+ inclusive, respectful of all spiritual and non‑spiritual beliefs, and with flexible options to help make counselling more accessible to you.
Where I work: In-Person Counselling,
in Littlehampton and online
My private therapy cabin offers a peaceful, confidential setting for in-person & online counselling.
In-Person Counselling Littlehampton takes place in a quiet, dedicated cabin where you can arrive, breathe out and simply be yourself. Stepping through the private gate, you leave the demands of everyday life behind and enter a warm, grounded space created just for your story. Here we can explore anxiety, low mood, loss, relationships or times of transition at a pace that feels right for you. With easy parking and a discreet entrance, it’s simple to build regular sessions into your week. If you’re ready to begin, my in-Person Counselling Littlehampton offers a gentle, human first step towards feeling more settled.
Walk and Talk Therapy takes place in carefully selected outdoor locations around Littlehampton and the surrounding area. Specific meeting locations will be discussed and agreed with you before your appointment, taking into account accessibility, privacy, and the nature of the work we'll be doing together.
